Chester Woods Community Church is a new community church that isn't as focused on denomonational ties as it is worshiping our Lord and loving our neighbors!. We are currently meeting at our new location in the Minnesota-Wisconsin Baptist Convention building at 519 16th St. SE. Chester Woods Community Church will strive to love God in all aspects of our lives. We will love our neighbors through acts of love towards them when they need love the most - during their difficult days.
Missions
Chester Woods Community Church is a part of world-wide missions efforts (IMB and NAMB) that includes medical care, clean water, feeding the hungry, and taking the Gospel to hard-to-reach places. The church will be encouraged to "love our neighbors" by volunteering for disaster relief efforts.
Why A New Church?
There are no churches within miles of most of the people who live in this area. The community has an opportunity to launch a church that reflects its diversity, its values, and its love for their neighbors. A new church has no baggage, no cliques, and no politics. A new church will become whatever its members desire to make it, within the bounds of God's Word! You can be a part of forming a church that fits this unique community!
